Shipping policy


All items will be sent with in 5 business days (this excludes public holidays and weekends). We send all our items via Australia post and tracking is provided 

Standard shipping is $10 and available Australia wide 

FREE Shipping for all orders over $60 

Tracked Delivery: Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Packaging: We ship all jewellery in our branded & eco-friendly brown gift box

Can I Amend My Order: We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this you may not be able to make amendments. However, please contact us here as soon as possible to see if it is possible to amend your order.

Can I Cancel My Order: If you wish to cancel your order contact us here and we will do our best to help you with your request. 

I Have Entered An Incorrect Address!: If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP here  and provide your new address.

What If My Parcel Is Delayed? : In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. But don't worry, we will make sure that you get your parcel. If for any reason, your parcel is lost, we will always offer to ship you a new one completely free of charge or give you a refund (whatever you prefer) - simply contact us here.

Will My Items Come Together: We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse’s locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

My Item Arrived Damaged: Firstly, we are so sorry to hear this! We do ship all orders with bubble bags and gift boxes to protect the jewellery but in the rare cases your item(s) arrived damaged, please email us at admin@aurena.com.au and we will immediately ship you a new order completely free of charge.
